January 16th, the day this post was written: The Dancing & Life 30-day challenge has given me insight into my own mind by showing me that there are some things that are easily taken for granted that would be better to list off in my mind instead so that credit is given where it is due. Mindfulness is one thing I’m really working on. I have always been interested in philosophy and that is coming in handy as I think through everything even more deeply than before, which I thought was impossible as a Virgo.

January 27th Update: I love the daily actions that are given to me to create mindfulness and look within for more answers to actionable steps for my goals. I highly recommend at least trying The Dancing & Life 7-day challenge for a little motivation.
