It wasn’t until recently (and upon reaching mid-30s/late-30s) that I started experimenting with color. I figure that it’s NEVER too late and you’re NEVER too old to have some fun with your aesthetic because it’s who YOU are. ColourPop had enough of being called NudiePop, so they have been adding plenty of color into their collections, and thus was born the She’s a Rainbow Palette (made of singles or purchase at $40 for 24 pressed powder shadows AND the palette).

To create this rainbow #EOTD, I tried to use the deepest matte of the ROY G BIV (Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, Violet), but I skipped Indigo because it’s pretty much blue, right?R
Red – Brick Road
Orange – Sunkiss’d
Yellow – Totally Buggin’
Green – No Scrubs topped with Mary Jane
Blue – Fine China
Violet – Seeing Stars

What do you think of this palette? Yay or nay? I thought these shades were fun and unique, and not to mention, quite blendable and also wearable!
