Be Basic yet Glam with the L.A. Girl Vacay Everyday Eyeshadow Palette

Like I said in the L.A. Girl Aloha Vibes Eyeshadow Palette review, they were incredibly difficult to find in my city, but they are still available in select CVS stores, so give it a shot if you are still interested in these palettes. The L.A. Girl Vacay Everyday Eyeshadow Palette appears basic but it is definitely a great way to create glam day/night looks, so it’s something you may want to add to your collection. I was most impressed with the heavy quality of the palette, 16 different shades, and an included mirror for a mere $18. Let’s get right into it, shall we?

Top to Bottom: Energized, Holiday, Staycation, Relax
Left to Right: Relax, Staycation, Holiday, Energized
Top to Bottom: Resort, Sunbathe, Beach Please, Vacay
Left to Right: Vacay, Beach Please, Sunbathe, Resort
Top to Bottom: First Class, Flame, Voyage, Fiesta
Left to Right: Fiesta, Voyage, Flame, First Class
Top to Bottom: Cabana, Jetsetter, Passport, Getaway
Left to Right: Getaway, Passport, Jetsetter, Cabana

For the #EOTD, I used Voyage and Jetsetter in the crease, placed Holiday all over the eyelid and Passport in the inner lid.

I am highly impressed with L.A. Girl Cosmetics eyeshadows. They are smooth, rich, and pigmented, especially the shimmers. The mattes were definitely good, as well. They performed nicely with a brush, and they wore well for a few hours, too!

What do you think? Will you be picking these up if you find them? I would search CVS as they are sold out online.
