Say YES to the ColourPop Yes, Please! Eyeshadow Palette

Eyeshadows. They take me back to a time where I used sponge applicators in middle school and a single matte shade to “paint” my eyelids. Little did I know I had the wrong tools (and skills) and I definitely needed to learn how to blend, blend, and blend! As I grew older, I didn’t experiment with multiple shades and blending them like artwork. I continued, however, to use a single shade and cover my eyelids, and Heaven forbid that I got the color into my crease. It was finally in college I started to play with my eyeshadows (I was still developing in my lipstick phase, and I prominently focused on that), and by the time I got married, I was starting to get better at it. Irregardless, when it comes to eyeshadows, I love all sorts of shades. I’m by.no means solely a neutral shade kinda gal, so ColourPop’s super shock shadows and pressed powders have been kind of MY THING at the moment. When ColourPop announced Yes, Please! I actually shouted, “Yes, Please!” and NO ONE can beat the price tag of $16 for a 12-shadow palette! Wow. That made me shout, “Yes, Please!” again. Say it with me now…

Like I said, 12 shadows for $16. There’s no questioning WHY it sold out faster than hot cakes. But, good news if you didn’t grab one – they are restocking them July 7th at 10am PST, so make sure you set your alarms and everything! There’s no doubt they will sell out fast AGAIN because they are…

Totally cute AF.

For my #EOTD, I used Gno on my lid, Chauffeur in the middle of the lid, and French Kiss in the crease. The perfect, simple Sunset eyes. Lips are Jordana Rose Macaron

This palette is a dream come true, and I definitely hope for more of these. They are a great size, beautiful pigmentation, little fallout (but tap of a brush solves that), and the metallics perform dreamily. If I could have an entire palette like this full of metallics, I could swoon. I would also prefer more COLOR since this one is more newtral and neutral. It still is gorgeous, and no one can beat the price, so I’m SOLD!

Will you be stalking the ColourPop website for Yes, Please!?
