Stay Trendy with the Milani Amore Matte Metallic Lip Cremes!

Glitter. Sparkle. Shimmer. Whatever you call it, it’s trending right now, and it’s not just for your eyes and cheeks anymore. Metallic liquid lipsticks and OG (original) lipsticks are a HUGE thing too! I love metallic lips and have been a big fan of them since my junior high years (does that tell my age or no?) Milani went one step further with their amazing liquid lipsticks and create a collection of metallics, and let me tell you – these are just as amazing! But, let’s not review them immediately. Let’s take a look at a few of the offerings.

  • Milani Chromattic Addict
  • Milani Matte About You
  • Milani Cinemattic Kiss
  • Milani The Ultimatte
  • Milani Pure Matteness

L-R: Cinemattic Kiss, Chromattic Addict, Pure Matteness, and Matte About You

Cinemattic Kiss is such a gorgeous rose pink! I found it to be really unique in my massive liquid lipstick collection.

Chromattic Addict is such a pretty and sparkly gold.

Pure Matteness is a chocolate brown with a lovely shimmer.

Top to Bottom: Chromattic Addict, Pure Matteness, Matte About You, and The Ultimatte

Matte About You is another unique metallic in coral. This will be a beautiful shade to welcome spring and summer with!

The Ultimatte is a bold plum. This one has a lovely shimmer similar to Pure Matteness.

The lighter metallic shades are great for topping other matte liquid lipsticks since they are NOT as opaque. They can probably be built up, but this does cause them to crack and dry your lips out fast. The deep, dark metallics are opaque without being patchy and are just stunning! The Milani Amore Matte Metallic Lip Cremes DO set and become transfer proof. I love this because most metallic liquid lipsticks I have tried wear down quicker than an ordinary lipstick. These are long lasting, transfer proof, and beautiful!! I need them all.

What do you think? Will you be jumping on to the metallic lipstick trend?
