Pretty in Pink with the ColourPop Monochromatic Pink Collection

Pink – it’s such a soft, delicate shade that either you love or you hate. In my case, it’s a love/hate relationship because it’s one of the colors that I cannot easily pull off, especially when it’s yellow- or white-toned. But, that doesn’t really stop me because pink is just a shade that has this certain oomph about it. ColourPop never fails to impress with their collections (all year long, they’re cranking out SO many beautiful things that it’s difficult to catch up, but that’s where I come in… trying to help you see what shades to get! In my case, EVERYTHING!) We already took a look at the ColourPop Nectar Collection, which was Phase 1 of 3.

In Phase 2, the Pink Collection, we have:

  • Pressed Powder Face Duo: Done Deal containing the shades Above and Beyond and Made Me Do It
  • Pressed Powder Shadow Palette: Belle of the Ball containing the shades Secrets, Soft Core, Fair Play, and On the Fence (also sold separately)
  • Pressed Powder Shadows: Pebbles, Labyrinth, and Poodle
  • 2 Ultra Satin Lips: Love Muffin and Chandelier
  • 1 Ultra Matte Lip: Fresh Cut
  • 1 Lippie Stix and matching Lippie Pencil: Birdy
  • 1 Super Shock Highlighter: Forget Me Not

The Done Deal palette contains a bubblegum pink blush, Above and Beyond, which is awesomely pigmented, so make sure to use a light hand!

The highlighter side is called Made Me Do It is a lovely shade of champagne pink. The pearlized formula can emphasize pores, but it is beautifully pigmented and easily builds up to whatever you desire.

Wearing this on my cheeks in all face pictures along with the Super Shock Highlighter in Forget Me Not

The pressed powder shadow palette is called Belle of the Ball containing the shades Secrets, Soft Core, Fair Play, and On the Fence (also sold separately). All ranging from light to magenta pink, this palette is versatile.

Top to bottom: Secrets, Soft Core

Top to bottom: Fairplay, On the Fence

For the #EOTD, Secrets was used on the entire lid, Soft Core was then applied from mid-lid to outer-lid. Fairplay is used on the outer lid with On the Fence patted on the center of my lid. Labyrinth was used in the crease.

There are 3 other pressed powder shadows in this collection: Poodle, Labyrinth, and Pebbles.

You may remember Love Muffin from the ColourPop Love Collection! It is now full-size, and available as part of the Pink Collection. I did not repurchase this, so I am showing you this Ultra Satin Lip as part of the Pink Collection #FOTD.

Chandelier is the 2nd Ultra Satin Lip and is a lovely salmon pink.

There is only 1 Ultra Matte Lip in this collection, and it’s aptly named Fresh Cut

Birdy Lippie Stix is a new creme lippie stix with a matching Lippie Pencil. This is a yellow-toned warm pink.

Birdy Lippie Pencil alone:

Forget Me Not Super Shock Highlighter is a pearlized, icy pink, and these are extremely buttery and soft (definitely my favorite!) and they blend like perfection!

Who’s ready for Monochromatic Phase III in Sand?! It will arrive soon!
