Step 1: Apply moisturizer and foundation. Then, groom eyebrows by filling in and matching to your newly colored and styled hair.

Step 2: Depending on the undertones and shade of hair color chosen, follow through with eyeshadows that complement. 

Step 3: Line eyes with a liquid liner winging it as dramatically as you see fit. Since I have deep, dark hair with icy blue undertones, I decided to go with a mid-sized wing. Additionally, I match my hair with carbon black mascara for a glamorous yet dramatic flare.
