You may know Zoya for their amazing and pigmented nail polishes in various finishes, but did you know that they also have beautiful lipsticks in 12 different shades? I had already tried the Zoya lipstick in Matte Velvet, a glorious red in a rich, creamy, and opaque formula, but I decided to swatch it again since it’s been awhile. So, let’s take a look at these 12 shades made for every type of woman out there and all sorts of skintones!
Zoya Belle:
Mid range pink with a gold shimmer effect in a frost finish
Zoya Brooke:
Dewy spring mauve lipstick with a similar pearl effect seen in Aster, Azalea and Zahara
Zoya Cameron:
Creamy nude lipstick with a hydrating, satin cream finish
Zoya Candy:
Classic bright pink cream, with a cool toned, mid-range intensity, and medium coverage
Zoya Frankie:
Bright, scarlet red lipstick with a hydrating, satin cream finish
Zoya Georgia:
Delicious berry lipstick with a hydrating, satin cream finish
Zoya Jasmine:
Deep fucshia plum cream
Zoya Matte Velvet Red:
Classic, cool-toned red with a velvety matte finish
Zoya Maxwell:
Deep plum with a subtle fuchsia fleck in a modern matte finish
Zoya Mellie:
Red-pink cream, with a cool toned, mid-range intensity, and medium coverage
Zoya Paisley:
Ultra-wearable blush rose lipstick with a hydrating, satin cream finish
Zoya Wren:
Rosy nude lipstick with a creamy and ultra hydrating finish
The Zoya lipsticks are creamy and some are sheerer than others. The wear is long-lasting, and they are quite comfortable without being drying. Best thing to prep your lips for wearing the Zoya lipsticks is to moisturize and exfoliate before wear to give them a nice, smooth look. The colors are versatile and there’s a color for everybody and every skintone, and as someone with medium skintone, I felt thrilled with each shade choice. For $12, the price is great, and you can easily find a nail polish to go along with the lipstick, if you wish to coordinate!
What do you think of these shades? Which one is your favorite?
