Between taking my little one to school and running errands for the household, I am also in charge of my kitchen (and happy to be)! But, sometimes, the Momma needs a break AND a treat. Nestlé products get me through the Back to School with exciting and helpful meal solutions for my entire family making Back to School season a breeze! With Safeway at walking distance, I can dream up meals and snacks and make them practically materialize. Not only that, it makes it simple to grab any last minute school supplies!

Running over to Safeway is always a meal- and money-saver for me. Sometimes, I brainstorm meals and last-minute purchase ingredients, and that’s exactly how this meal came to be! I’m often asked to serve pizza for dinner, as I am sandwiched between two boys, so we often stroll through the pizza freezer, and the little enjoys choosing the pizza for the evening. Of course, being Momma means surprising them with a little treat or three, not to mention, combining treats.

Upon arriving home, all I need to do is put the groceries away, fire up the oven based on directions, and share these few steps to a successful treat – Triple Decker Brownies.

For dinner is the delicious DIGIORNO® pizzeria!™ Tuscan-style Chicken Pizza.

Step 1: Unwrap the NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Refrigerated Cookie Dough and press it into an 8″ x 8″ brownie pan.

Step 2: Place NESTLÉ® Fun Size Candy: NESTLÉ® BUTTERFINGER®, NESTLE® CRUNCH®, NESTLÉ® BABY RUTH® onto the pressed cookie dough. Use 16 squares of NESTLÉ® Fun Size Candy, as 16 slices of brownie can be cut from the pan. I created an assortment so that each square had its own little surprise inside.

Step 3: Follow the instructions on the NEW NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Baking Mixes box (Tip: You will need 1 large egg, 1/4 cup of vegetable oil, and 3 tbsp of water) and create the brownie batter. Each box also contains a 6 oz. package of NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Morsels.

Step 4: Pour the brownie batter on top of the pressed cookie dough and treats.

Step 5: This is an important step. Since you added the cookie dough, following the brownie baking directions will actually not work, so bake at 325* for 45 minutes. To test if your brownies are done, place a toothpick directly into the center and see if it comes out completely clean. Once it does, let it cool completely before cutting into slices or it will not cut properly!
