Subscription boxes are the best! I mean, especially if you get full-size products and samples of items you’ve been dying to try! The June Beauty Box 5 box was also exceptional. Let’s take a look at the contents:

– LOL Power to the Purple Rotational Eyeshadow (FULL SIZE)
– Nails Inc. Nail Polish in Brompton Place (FULL SIZE)

Starting off with the Urban Decay Perversion Mascara sample, I already owned the sample of this, but I was more than happy to get this because a girl can never have enough mascara, am I right?

It really did amp up my lashes by giving them a plumper look and by darkening them. It’s very comfortable to wear because it does not clump and flake. I used 1 coat on my lashes, and it made a difference, for sure!

Herbal Essences Body Burst Body Wash is totally a welcome product for me because I run out of body wash faster than anything! And, I love a citrus scent because it gives me a boost of energy of some sorts. My son especially loves it too because he loves anything bubbles.

Getting an eyeshadow palette is like the BEST thing ever to receive in a subscription box, and I was really excited to get this LOL Power to the Purple Rotational Eyeshadow Palette. I am already looking at getting a few others from this line because they are buttery soft AND pigmented.

Nails Inc. Brompton Place is a beautiful soft pink with mauve tones. The brush of the nail polish was wide enough to coat my nails in one quick stroke. I used two coats to make this perfectly opaque.

Simple Micellar Cleansing Water – this small foil packet – was kind of disappointing. I’ve heard amazing things about this stuff, but I just couldn’t get the understanding of how this product is from one single use, so I’m probably going to use the coupon that was provided to purchase a full-size product.

Overall, for $12/month, this box is pretty good considering there were 2 full-size products: Nails Inc. and the LOL Rotational Eyeshadow Palette. I was really disappointed in the foil packet, especially since it was a product I really wanted to try, and the fact that there was yet another body wash, however useful they are. I am hoping for better samples next month, so we shall see.
