With Spring coming up, pastels and soft shimmers are all the rage. The Barielle Gentle Breeze Collection has 5 lovely, delicate shades that will transition your right along from the cold, harsh Winter we have been facing, so let’s move right along to the swatches! Three coats used, unless otherwise mentioned.

• Gray Sky, a glacier gray

Heaven Sent is a gorgeous aquamarine that lets you daydream about swimming in the pool or for the adventurous, the ocean.

 

Under the Sea, *swoons*, is the shade of my wedding dress, and perfect to wear on my wedding anniversary, which is coming up soon!! Such a gorgeous shimmering turquoise. Just like a gem!

 

Champagne Bubbles is a soft tangerine pastel. This shade is lovely and sweet! I don’t think I actually have anything that looks like this!

 

Pink Parasol, Pantone color for Spring 2015: Strawberry Ice, is another one of my favorite colors right now. Such a beautiful, flattering shade!

 

Gray Sky, a slate gray with shimmer, is definitely a nice, neutral palette cleanser.

 

The formula of these is pretty self-leveling, for the most part. So, if you like pastels, but steer clear because of the self-leveling, then these are for you because you will love the way they apply. No patching or shifting. And, they all require 3 coats, and dry relatively quickly and have decent wear time.
