From the desert sand to the crisp blue sky this Aztec City Palette has it all! With just the right balance of professional and flirty, this palette lets you decide between knockout nudes, classy colors, or a mesmerizing mix of both. These five shades allow you to customize your look and transform your mindset to the bronzed beauty of the desert. The sleek mirrored case also contains a specially designed double-ended brush for the perfect application.
When it comes to eye shadows, a palette is definitely a pal since you can create many different looks from one palette. The Aztec City Eye Palette has 5 shades that are palatable. Teal mascara is a favorite of mine because it adds the right pizzazz to your eyes without overdoing them. So, let’s take a look at these wonderful Paula Dorf products.
The eye shadows are quite easy to use. They are pigmented, yet soft and finely milled. The fall out was there, but it can easily be controlled by blowing the excess off the brush before applying. I loved the fact that it came with a double-ended brush. The brush was nice and applied/blended really well.
The eye shadows up close and personal:
The mascara, as I mentioned above, is a nice smooth teal that doesn’t look unnatural. I think colored mascaras are a great way to spice your look up without going overboard. The mascara formula is very nice – I love the way it glides right onto the lashes and is easy to remove without having to scrub.
And, finally, the eye shadows and mascara put to work (Lipstick is MAC Tabla):
Overall, I felt that the palette was fantastic, and I have my eye on a few of the others they have and a few of their lipsticks (who’s surprised there?!) and I’m definitely glad to have gotten the opportunity to try out this new-to-me brand!
Have you ever tried Paula Dorf? What are some of the products you own, if so? What is going on your wishlist?
