So, I know this has been a long time coming, so let’s jump right to this review. The good news is MAC Sin is PERMANENT, so if you love the color (which I wouldn’t doubt) then you can still grab this!! Frank-n-furter was sent to me as a gift from a sweet friend. So, I really got lucky there because I couldn’t find it anywhere after it was SOLD OUT online.
Frank-n-furter shown above.
The packaging is amazing! I love everything about it from the iconic lips to the glossy bullet. *sighs*
Starting off with Frank-n-furter. You’ll see that this deep, sassy red is just as much of a showstopper as Dr. Frank-n-Furter. It was a beauty on, and the formula was fantastic. I love MAC’s mattes. Gorgeous!
Edit: Reader Sonia asked how similar it is to the Zoya Red Matte Velvet Lipstick. I feel that Frank-N-Furter has more orange in it.

But, pull back a little, and they practically do look the same! So, if you missed out on Frank-N-Furter, definitely grab the Zoya Red Matte Velvet Lipstick!
And, then there’s Sin, also a permanent shade, as mentioned above. This deep burgundy is awesome! I almost didn’t buy this shade, but I’m so glad (and in special packaging, no less!) because this will be my go-to shade this Fall/Winter. Such a gorgeous deep shade and so buttery to apply!
Oh, and quickly wanted to share that Wet n Wild Cherry Bomb is said to be a dupe, but it isn’t quite the same. It is similar, and for $1.99, you can add this, as well, to your collection, but Sin is a MUST HAVE!!
