Relax With RedEnvelope: A Gift Guide

Just Imagine:

November end is upon us, and we are all running around like turkeys with our heads cut off to get that PERFECT succulent turkey on the tabletop. Not only that, you’re fighting that mean, grumpy little old lady for the very last Sweet Potato Pie, but you end up giving it up to her because you stop and think, “‘Tis the Season!” Then, you push that squeaky cart to the very last aisle to find the very last item on your shopping list, and guess what? It’s gone. You think, “Well, I can manage to make this FROM scratch!” And, so you circle the grocery store until you’ve got everything.

December is here! You realize, “Oh no! I haven’t got {Insert Name}’s present, yet!” and you jump into your car and head off – tires squealing – to the nearest {Insert Hobby or Department} Store. You and your husband or significant other check off lists of people to pick up from the airport for your very first Christmas together at your house/apartment, and you TRY to make EVERYTHING perfect for EVERYONE. Yes, even that relative that you clash with. Because you keep telling yourself, “‘Tis the Season!”

You were a perfect angel all throughout the Holidays and you were a doll about making everyone feel LOVED and ADORED. You deserve some relaxation now that the Holidays are LONG gone. Don’t worry, you won’t have to worry about them for another FEW months! 😉

Babe, been there! Done that! Now, let’s talk about how I plan to relax now. My New Year Resolution is to pamper MYSELF this year and not feel guilty doing so! Hey, I deserve it, and so do YOU! How are we going to do it? Go shopping on RedEnvelope!

I absolutely LOVE quiet time. I have a 2 year old and we all know how that goes. So, this is what I would do to spoil myself rotten! 😉

First thing I need is a fuzzy robe MONOGRAMMED just for me! Who doesn’t want something comfy to lounge in and think of sweet NOTHINGS! 😉

Now, for me, nothing is BETTER than aromatherapy, so having candles with encouraging words written on them that scent up your relaxation haven! Um, yes, please!

I love relaxing by sitting next to the window and watching the birds in the trees in my backyard. I call it my “Personal Rainforest”. I would definitely need one of these gorgeous hanging glass bird feederto get those beautiful cardinals to come more often! A plus? The rain in my rainforest wouldn’t cause this one to rot because it’s not made of wood!

Um, so where are the munchies? Ha. The next two are some selfless (pretend you’re NOT on a diet) kind of meals! Does it count as healthy if it has fruit? 😉

Gourmet dipped fancy berries, anyone? Just kidding, I’m not sharing these babies! 🙂

This post was written as part of the RedEnvelope Campaign. I was not compensated or paid for this post. I did not try the above items and have not shopped personally on this website. All opinions are honest and my own.
