Feenix Polish Holiday Collection 2012

This collection just reached me today, and I know I rarely do this, but I got to swatching. They are just intensely stunning in person, so if you get a chance to get your mitts on them, DO SO!

Blue Christmas is just as it sounds amazingly blue. I decided to layer this (1 coat) over my new favorite Priti NYC Canterbury Bells, and they were a match made in Heaven. This is full of intense blue shimmer and different blue glitters of all different sizes. Blue is the new color for the Holiday Seasons!

Silent Night (one of my FAVORITE Christmas songs) is hard for me to decipher. I couldn’t tell if it was a blackened teal, navy or black jelly, but it is quite stunning, and does remind me of a crystal clear sky where you hallucinate (or actually see) Santa’s sleigh’s silhouette make its way past the moon. I love the holographic “stars” in each and every depth. 3 coats seen below.

Plum Pudding reminded me of PB&J because of the golden glitters and the plum glitters, but whatever it is, it’s a delicious treat and I layered this over (1x) Zoya Suri, a frosty purple, and they looked scrumptious together.

Now, this is what we’ve all been waiting for: a China Glaze Party Hearty dupe. I can happily say that I killed that lemming 2 weeks ago, but my heart was not full. I love, love, love the Holidays and this time of year, and was happy to see this “dupe”. I plan to compare them in the coming days, but it’s stunning. Red hexes, green squares, and silver glitters sparkle and shout, “Happy Holidays!” This was layered once (yes, all that glitter from 1 coat) over Zoya Rekha.
