Zoya Ornate Collection Swatches/Review

I have today the Zoya Ornate Collection, which I have to say: Oh My God. Okay, so this is how I feel about this collection, in summary: If I ever EVER had to only keep ONE collection EVER, it’d be this one, and I’m not bluffing. Why? These are opaque in 2 – 3 coats (Electra being 3, but still needing maybe 1 or 2 more coats for complete opacity, and we’ll discuss them as I go through each and every ORNATE color!

Ziv is a gorgeous gold that is flattering for every skin tone, in my opinion. It’s a festive gold that works for the Holidays! I have a few ideas up my sleeve for this one! How pretty is this? (2 coats!)

Blaze reminded me a lot of a pomegranate seed because it was juicy. It’s filled with holographic sparkle, and I only had one complaint: it was slightly thick, but the good thing about that was I only needed 1 coat!

Aurora was one of my top favorites in this collection. It’s a gorgeous “medium sugarplum purple flecked with a high concentration of micro fine diamond holographic glitter. The rainbow holographic sparkle turns this plum purple into something truly captivating.” I have to agree with Zoya. This is amazing, and works as a perfect ornament for the fingernails (oh, and tootsies, too!). Two coats for this beauty!

Storm was my other top favorite of this collection. It’s a black jelly fillllllllled to the brim with a “high concentration of micro fine diamond holographic glitter”. And, it sure doesn’t disappoint. In the shade, you will think you are only getting a black jelly filled with silver sparkle, but nope, step out in the sunlight, and you won’t be able to take your eyes off your nails! 2 coats for this stunner.

Logan is the perfect shade of emerald. It’s described by Zoya as a “full coverage, yellow-toned forest green with dense, foil-like yellow-gold and blue-green duochrome shimmer! Rich color, a sparkling finish and a subtle duochrome effect make this green very special.” It’s definitely special. It is so super elegant, and only requires 2 coats, as well. So lovely!

My least favorite was Electra only because I’m not a fan of bar glitter, but Electra has short bar glitters, but it did look nice after 3 coats of it, but I think I would pair this with Trixie for a perfect manicure. It does sparkle in the sun because it is holographic bar glitter.

This collection seriously blew me out of the water! I am SO happy with it, and SO glad that Zoya listened to all their fans about holographic yummy goodness because Aurora and Storm are definitely delicious!! Which ones are YOUR favorites? LEAST favorites?
