My beautiful (freehanded) manicure was inspired by our star-spangled banner! I used Pure Ice Magic Base Coat (As seen HERE!), China Glaze Poinsettia, and Cover Girl Boundless Color (As seen HERE!). Sally Hansen Celeb City (using a dotter) to make stars on my star-spangled banner, and on my accent finger, I have the LOVELY Julep America the Beautiful, which is a blend of micro red glitter and large chunks of cobalt glitter and a few silver stars – it REALLY IS nail art in a bottle! Gorgeous! I layered it over China Glaze Poinsettia, which is the EXACT color of the red glitter, so it made it completely opaque and gorgeous!
