Here’s yet another comparison for you, and after looking at this one, I can quite easily yell: DUPE ALERT!!!!!
I got Blake in my St. Patrick’s Day Mystery Box(es). As soon as I set eyes on it, I immediately *KNEW* it was the dupe for China Glaze Lemon Fizz, but to be sure, I swatched them both, and I cannot tell the difference, can you?
Formula-wise, they are both very similar!
Lemon Fizz is runny yet thick making it difficult to dry. See here for more on Lemon Fizz.
Julep Blake is runny and thin, and I liked it better because it didn’t become a thick hot mess on my nails, and dried faster, of course. It looks EXACTLY the same, and if you compare them pricewise, Julep is definitely the expensive one ringing up at $14, while China Glaze runs from $3 – 8. So, I don’t know which one you’d rather have if you had the choice. What do you think? Does expensive necessarily mean better formula, better everything?
