The best thing ever on a day that I don’t feel like cooking (which is rare, but yes, it does happen!) is a Bag of Maggi.
My discovery of Maggi happened when I was 14 years old and on a trip to India before I began the 9th grade. I lost my appetite due to the heat of the hot summer, and I was unable to eat anything until my Nani (maternal grandmother) suggested Maggi for my brother and me. At first taste, it was definitely the best thing I’ve ever had, all the spices, the texture of the noodles, and I brought back tons of bags with us. Little did I know that it was also available in Indian grocery stores here, and from that point on, it became a favorite, once-in-awhile snack or even sometimes a meal. I would recommend it to anyone who loves Indian food and noodles. Especially if you’ve never had it! Go out there and get yourself some. You’ll love it. 🙂 To get some health as well as the wealth of flavors, my hubs (who’s also grown up on eating tons of Maggi, as well) and I found Maggi Atta, which means it is pretty much whole wheat and packed with fiber. So, hey, it’s a win-win! 🙂
