Oven-baked Sweet Potato Fries.


Nobody doesn’t not like fries. These were a good way of getting those healthy vitamins of the sweet potato in and keeping the fried part of it out!

Slice sweet potatoes into either wedges or like a good fry, and put them in a brown paper sack with some salt, black pepper, and some cinnamon. In my first batch, I also put rosemary (like I put in EVERYTHING) and I wasn’t too pleased, so I left them out in my 2nd batch and they were much better. Put them on a cookie sheet and bake for 425* for 20 minutes, flip and bake for 20 more minutes. Enjoy! 🙂
