So thankful to have had a wonderful Thanksgiving. The menu was comprised of sweet potato casserole with pecan crumble and marshmallows, baklava bites with fanned strawberries, garlic and sun-dried tomato corn muffins, turkey rolled with stuffing and gravy, green bean casserole, fingerling potatoes, chicken tikka masala kababs a.k.a. Puneet’s specialty, and cilantro and mint coconut chutney. I made everything except for the kababs in about 3 – 4 hours top, which must be some sort of record!! We are very thankful to have had a few friends over to share with us our Thanksgiving dinner. I am a huge fan of Thanksgiving, and ever since I’ve known, I always crave the special dishes for Thanksgiving all-year-round, and sometimes, I do make green bean casserole (my favorite) to calm down the non-holiday blues. 🙂

And, the gorgeous kababs the Hubs made:

I will follow up with recipes when I get a chance. Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving Day, and hope everyone is enjoying all the yummy leftovers! 🙂
