Need a (Lashes) Pick Me Up? ColourPop BFF Black On Black Mascara Will be Your Bestie!

Mascara was the FIRST ever makeup item I ever applied on myself (my mother used to apply kohl to my waterline when I was a couple months old and onward). Immediately after applying a coat of mascara, I felt like my eyes had spider eyes, but so many people complimented it, so I stuck with it until I got used to it! Mascara surely can brighten the eyes and make them appear more awake, which is truly a life changer. ColourPop finally released a mascara proudly stating that you can now do a full-face of ColourPop! I love colored mascara, but I am glad to just try the black mascara first to see how I love the mascara and how it works with my allergy-prone eyes. I also wanted to see how easy it was to remove, so I decided to try the one first. Are you ready?

I must say – I really love how this mascara feels. It really DOES volume and lengthen my lashes significantly without making them feel heavy. I did not experience any flakes, clumps, or any irritation to my contact-wearing eyes, which is definitely nice. A lot of times when applying mascara, my nose does water, but this time it did not AT ALL. That’s a game changer, folks.

I am not sure I’ve used a wand similar to this, but the mascara was easy peasy to apply brushing and separating each lash perfectly. So, you want to see the results, am I right? Here you go!

Before, no primer was used.

And, for those of you who prefer side-by-sides, as I, myself, do:

(Left) Mascara and (Right) None. For my lipstick lovers, that is ColourPop Reign USL.

My lashes are curled, so the ColourPop Black on Black BFF Mascara helped lift them and bring them out. Definitely a huge difference.

Honestly, I was NOT expecting to even love this mascara as much as I do. I am definitely going to haul a couple of colors I have my eyes on, no pun intended. What do YOU think? Will you be grabbing this mascara anytime soon?
