When it comes to contouring MY face, I’m not much of a fan. Strobing, however, is an entire, different story. I love, love, love using different shades of highlighters to provide light from within that looks natural and healthy, and for that, you need varying shades that compliment each other. I was sent three Strobelight Instant Glow Powders from Milani Cosmetics, and I decided to create a look JUST like that – using only the three.
The shades we shall discuss are:
- Milani Cosmetics Summer Glow
- Milani Cosmetics Sunset Glow
- Milani Cosmetics Moon Glow
Summer Glow, a soft champagne
Sunset Glow, coppery rose gold
Moon Glow, pink champagne
The powders are soft and finely milled. They are so buttery and glide on giving you the perfect glow without having to add layers, but of course, you can! I love the color options because Sunset Glow is a shade I like to use as a substitute for blush. Moon Glow is the type of shade I like to use down my nose, and Summer Glow is a shade I like to use above my cheekbones.
Top to bottom: Summer Glow, Sunset Glow, Moon Glow
What do you think? Are these shades you need in your highlighting arsenal?
