Models Own is a British brand that is now available in the U.S. at Ulta, and I got the opportunity to try it again after 4 years. They have updated their brand, it seems, and have a more lush look to their packaging. I’m so super thrilled that these brands are being made available in the U.S. now by ways of Sephora and Ulta. It really makes buying makeup SO much more easier.
- Models Own Sculpt & Glow Highlighting Powder in Peach Pearl
- Models Own Colour Chrome Eyeshadow Palette
- Models Own Deep Berry Luxestick Velvet Lipstick
- Models Own Black Onyx I-Definer Kohl Pencil Eyeliner
Deep Berry is a rich, opaque and GORGEOUS shade of lipstick. I love how long-lasting this wore, but it’s not transferproof, which is definitely NOT a deal breaker. It glides on without being patchy. I definitely want to try some of the other colors that Models Own has.
My current go-to waterline eyeliner is the Black Onyx I-Definer Kohl Pencil Eyeliner. This wears beautifully and is a blessing to my watery eyes. It doesn’t cause any irritations and since I wear contacts, this is the real deal.
Peach Pearl Sculpt & Glow Highlighter is amazing! I love this highlighter and have already put quite a dent in it from using it so often. It’s finely milled, which gives it a natural finish and a beautiful glow.
This creme eyeshadow palette in Colour Chrome is a palette that reminds me of lipgloss palettes. It has the texture of lipgloss, so these colors kind of slip and slide on your eyelids. They are pretty colors and blend beautifully, as you will see in my #EOTD picture, but it doesn’t last very long.
Top row: Platinum, Electrum, Rose Gold, Emerald, and Superior
Bottom row: Pure Gold, Nickel, Iron Oxide, Pewter, and Slicked
For my #EOTD, I used Nickel on my lids, Rose Gold in my crease and Pure Gold in the middle of the lid. Waterline is lined using Black Onyx I-Definer Kohl Pencil Eyeliner. Peach Pearl is used on all high points of my face while Deep Berry is shown on the lips.
