Breakfast is THE most important meal of the day, and to make sure we get the fuel we need for the day, we make sure we grab a piece of fruit and a nice portable breakfast for our mornings on the run. Since we love our sleep, the snooze button gets quite a bit of action in the morning, and we end up having to rush out the door and like a lot of other households, so I was really thrilled to find Plenti Oatmeal Meets Greek Yogurt, which is a lovely blend of oatmeal and greek yogurt.
Since my family enjoys oatmeal AND Greek yogurt, why not have both in #PlentiYogurt?! The package is in a nice oval shape that makes it easy to eat while on the run.
I picked up all the flavors except Blueberry and Vanilla, which I wasn’t able to find. My favorite of them all (so far!) was Maple Brown Sugar.
The texture is much like oatmeal, but the flavors are fantastic! If you’re into yogurt and you’re trying to find a way to incorporate oatmeal in your diet for whatever reasons, this is a great way to have it!
My son enjoyed this healthy and delicious snack of #PlentiYogurt so much that he ended up finishing 2 in one sitting, and I really wouldn’t have it any other way! Such a great way to get him snacked up! Each cup has 16 grams of whole grain (48 recommended in a day) and 11 grams of protein.
