Maple Holistics Lavender Hybrid Bubble Bath and Assuage Hair Gel Review

If you’ve been following me for some time, you already know I’m really into several things, and one (or actually two) of those things includes hair products and bath & body products. Since I have a little one, I usually do like to share my products with him, and thus I’m always look for therapeutic essential oils in bubble baths/soaps (I give him a bath using essential oils and safe bath & body products in hopes he will be calmed into beautiful sweet dreams) and there are days I like to dress him up and use hair gel on him, as well. But, since he is 4 years old, I don’t like to use too much product on him as he has luscious hair and I don’t want to ruin those locks. So, when Maple Holistics reached out, I kept all of this in mind, and decided to choose two products that my little and I could share!

The products I chose: PressSampleSticker
– Maple Holistics Lavender Hybrid Bubble Bath
– Maple Holistics Assuage Hair Gel

Starting off with the Lavender Hybrid Bubble Bath, the reason I specifically chose it was because my son and I both adore lavender. It’s a scent that makes us both really sleepy and calm. So, when I showed him the bubble bath, he was really thrilled by the color (yep, pink doesn’t bother him!) and the beautiful bubbles it created. The scent is herbal and true since it’s made with “100% Pure essential oil formula consisting of Bulgarian Lavender, Clary Sage, and Palmarosa”. It also does not dry out the skin, which is another important factor since we don’t stop bubble baths during the Winter.

The Assuage Hair Gel is a liquidy gel (not sticky like you’re probably used to) and is a safe gel for children and adults alike. It gives you the ability to style while it is also good for your hair. What’s better than that? I have been using it on my son, and most days his styled hair will last, but he is also a 4 year old, so he does a lot of shaking and tumbling, so I didn’t expect for the spikes to last, but there was one special event that I styled his hair for, and that lasted pretty much all day. and the wet look (if that’s what you’re aiming for) lasts hours, too!

  9. Awww – your son is such a cutie. 🙂 I think the Lavender Bubble Bath would be a good one for my home. We use lavender oil in our bath often – especially since my son is always bruised from football… we put a few drops and epsom salt to help with bruising and help him relax. I think he would like this.

  10. What a cutie pie. I love that you and he share products like this. He’s so lucky to have such a loving mother.
